In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children in our care. You will play a vital role in their early development, ensuring that each child feels safe, engaged, and encouraged to explore their surroundings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Supervise and engage children in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Implement behavior management strategies to guide children's behavior positively. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive teaching approach that meets the diverse needs of all students. Skills Strong background in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus. Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective childcare practices. Ability to manage behaviors effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Experience in babysitting or daycare settings is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children are essential.
