In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for childhood development and dedication to fostering a positive learning atmosphere will help shape the foundation for children's future success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a supportive team committed to excellence in early education. Collaborate with families, specialists, and team members to support each child's welfare, progress, and overall development. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools when appropriate to track learning milestones and inform instruction. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, child progress reports, and incident documentation to ensure compliance with licensing standards. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, tutoring techniques, and teaching physical education tailored for young learners. Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists. Ability to manage a classroom environment confidently while fostering an inclusive atmosphere that supports diversity and child welfare.
