Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curriculum, engaging with children in meaningful ways, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Provide individualized support for students, including those requiring early intervention. Facilitate engaging activities that promote physical education, math skills, and overall development. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the preschool program. Qualifications Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning atmosphere. Familiarity with standardized testing practices in early childhood education. Ability to provide tutoring and support for various subjects, including math. Experience in teaching physical education to young children is a plus. Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support diverse learners. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
