Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Teacher dedicated to nurturing and inspiring our youngest learners aged 6 months to 14 months. In this vital role, you will create a warm, safe, and engaging environment that promotes early childhood development through innovative curriculum development, personalized care, and meaningful interactions. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning, fostering curiosity and confidence in each infant. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans tailored to infants' developmental stages, including literacy education, motor skills, and social-emotional growth Provide attentive toddler care by monitoring health, safety, and well-being throughout the day Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement Collaborate with families to communicate progress, milestones, and any special educational needs related to early intervention or child welfare Incorporate teaching techniques aligned with Montessori principles and early childhood education standards to foster independence and curiosity Conduct regular assessments of each child's development using standardized testing methods when appropriate, adjusting lesson plans accordingly Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning through play, physical education activities, and sensory exploration Experience Prior classroom experience working with children aged 6 months to 14 months in a daycare or preschool setting Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development focused on early childhood development and literacy education Experience with behavior management techniques suitable for infants and toddlers Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies for children with developmental needs Familiarity with classroom management tools, lesson planning software, and documentation processes for child progress reports Strong communication skills to effectively engage with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders Experience working in private schools or daycare environments that emphasize childhood development principles such as Montessori or similar educational philosophies Join us in shaping the future by providing compassionate care and innovative teaching tailored specifically for our youngest learners.
