Preschool Teacher

• We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children. We believe in play-based curriculum along with teacher guided academic instruction in small group settings to help build creativity and resilience.
• Responsibilities
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience
• Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support the holistic development of each child
• Qualifications
• Experience working with preschool-aged students
• Knowledge of childhood development principles
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
• Understanding of Montessori or other educational philosophies is a plus
• Strong classroom management skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively with parents, co-teachers and management
