Child Care Teacher / Early Childhood Educator Quality Child Care Early Learning Center A Fun Place to Learn Quality Child Care Early Learning Center is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Child Care Teacher to join our growing team in Cabot! We are looking for someone passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and engaging classroom environment. Our teachers play a vital role in shaping young minds while creating meaningful relationships with children and families each day.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment Supervise and engage children through play, learning, and daily routines Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans Encourage social, emotional, and educational development Maintain open communication with parents and staff Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations Assist with meals, nap time, potty training, and classroom organization Work as part of a supportive teaching team

Qualifications:

Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented Ability to interact positively with children and families Strong communication and classroom management skills High School Diploma or GED required CPR/First Aid certification obtained with required yearly Professional Development Training hours Must pass all required background checks
