School-Age Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our staff. The ideal candidate will have a background in childhood development and experience working with students in various settings, including preschool and daycare environments. This position is a part time or full time during the summer. Your role would be a classroom teacher for school aged children after school. Responsibilities Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Collaborate with other staff to support students with diverse learning needs. Foster a safe and inclusive environment that prioritizes child welfare. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. Maintain open communication with parents, caregivers, and staff regarding the students. Requirements Experience working with students in preschool, daycare, or similar settings is highly desirable Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. 25 Professional Development annually Commitment to fostering a supportive atmosphere for all children, including those requiring special education services.
