Classroom Aide

Responsibilities Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementing curriculum tailored to students' individual needs, including early childhood development activities Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized learning environment Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students Help facilitate activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and inclusive participation among students Support classroom routines such as meal times, nap times, and transitions to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with classroom setup, materials preparation, and maintaining cleanliness of learning spaces Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other staff to promote a collaborative educational experience Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and behavior management techniques Familiarity with special education strategies and working with individuals with autism or disabilities is highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, colleagues, and families Experience in curriculum development or lesson planning for young learners is a plus Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and student needs Certification or training in child care or early childhood education is preferred but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication helps shape the future of young minds. Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
