Are you able to meet these expectations? Are you comfortable supporting a school that may be working to improve staffing or enrollment? Do you have experience in an early childhood education setting (6 weeks to 12 years)? If so, how many years? Do you meet at least ONE of the following Arizona Director qualification pathways? 2 years experience + at least 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development 18 months experience + CDA or CCP credential 18 months experience + 24 college credit hours in ECE/CD Bachelor's degree in ECE/CD + at least 3 months experience Associate degree in ECE/CD + at least 6 months experience
