Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Part-Time Preschool Teacher form 6:30-11:30 with a possibility of full -time position in future to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire curiosity and foster development in our preschoolers. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages social-emotional growth and positive behavior management. Support children's developmental milestones through individualized activities focused on childhood development and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom routines effectively, ensuring smooth transitions between activities and maintaining a structured learning atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behavior, and any concerns related to child welfare or special education needs. Incorporate classroom management techniques to promote respectful interactions and foster a sense of community among students. Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities and participate in ongoing professional development related to childcare, toddler care, and preschool experience. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, with knowledge of childhood development principles. Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content that supports early childhood education goals. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Knowledge of behavior management strategies to create a positive classroom environment. Experience with classroom management techniques and lesson planning tailored for preschool learners. Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori methods is a plus.
