Job Description
Pine Forest School is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our Early Childhood faculty for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, values relationship-centered education, and is committed to creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive preschool program, fostering strong relationships with children and families, and collaborating closely with colleagues to support the school's mission and educational philosophy. We seek an educator who is open to implementing the creative educational philosophy developed by Dr. Rudolf Steiner, known in the United States as Waldorf Education. Waldorf teacher training or certification is highly valued but not required. An Arizona Early Childhood teaching certification is preferred. Our dynamic and passionate faculty is looking for a colleague who will enthusiastically participate in the collaborative work of the school and cultivate meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
