Christian Preschool Lead 4s Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Christian Preschool Lead Teacher for 4-year-olds to inspire young learners in a nurturing, faith-based environment. As the lead educator, you will be responsible for creating a joyful, engaging classroom that fosters spiritual growth, social-emotional development, and foundational academic skills. Your role is vital in guiding children through their early childhood journey, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that integrates faith-based principles with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and social skills. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote active learning, creativity, and curiosity among preschool children. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies that encourage respect, kindness, and cooperation. Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention techniques. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and reinforce faith-based values at home. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by maintaining a clean, organized classroom adhering to childcare regulations and standards. Incorporate Montessori methods or other educational philosophies as appropriate to enhance learning experiences. Skills Strong background in early childhood education with preschool experience and classroom management expertise. Proficiency in curriculum development across core subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and faith-based activities. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education and early intervention strategies. Knowledge of behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community members effectively. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools to monitor student progress. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate childcare best practices while aligning with Christian teachings.
