Lead Infant Teacher at Daycare & Preschool

Overview A Child's Place is looking for a caring and enthusiastic teacher to lead one of our infant classrooms. This role will primarily focus on leading and managing our younger infant classroom (with infant ages ranging potentially from 6 weeks to 7 months). The desired schedule is 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday with a one hour lunch break. In this role, you'll be a consistent caregiver for all of our infants, follow established daily routines, and foster a nurturing, positive environment for young learners. Ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education, understand child development, and can confidently support classroom management. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is required A valid fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. The skills to create a structured, positive learning environment, manage behavior, and enforce rules in a way that fosters social-emotional development Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
