We are seeking a Primary Teacher Assistant to support our 3-6 classroom and become part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting classroom flow and daily routines Assisting children with independence, grace and courtesy, and work cycles Preparing and maintaining a clean, beautiful, and organized environment Helping implement Montessori materials and extensions (including Waseca cultural materials) Supervising and engaging with children outdoors daily Assisting with snack/food prep and classroom needs Modeling respectful communication with children, staff, and families
