Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infant children
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for children to grow and develop
  • Provide a variety of learning experiences that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Monitor and assess e progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (6 month minimum)
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
  • Understanding of early intervention strategies for children with special needs
  • Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education
