Daycare Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for educating and nurturing young children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers, fostering their growth and development through structured activities and play. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in accordance with daycare standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Engage children in educational activities that support their cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children. Experience Previous experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is preferred. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Knowledge of childhood development principles to support the growth of infants and toddlers. Experience in caregiving roles that involve infant care or toddler care is highly desirable. Certification in first aid is a plus, ensuring the safety of all children under your care.
