Job Description
Desert Garden Montessori is looking forClassroom Assistants to join our school community for the upcoming school year (2026-2027). We are a growing Montessori community that values interpersonal connection, character, and excellence in Montessori education. We need classroom assistants for the following areas: Infant (6 weeks
- 12 months) Primary (3
- 6 year old) Lower Elementary (First
- Third grades) Upper Elementary (Fourth
- Sixth grades)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Must meet all state requirements High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours Previous experience in a childcare or daycare environment strongly preferred Candidate must: Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have effective communication skills Possess basic computer skillsHours:
