Lead Preschool Teacher

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves following engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. A successful Preschool Teacher will be instrumental in promoting early learning and ensuring each child's well-being. Duties Build on and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies. Provide early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with families regarding their child's development. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Experience Previous experience working with children in a preschool or educational setting is preferred. Familiarity with tutoring techniques and special education practices is a plus. Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Knowledge of child welfare policies and early intervention strategies is beneficial. Strong skills in lesson planning that caters to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
