Responsibilities Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate Design a daily and weekly schedule Provide basic care and caregiving activities Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones Communicate with parents and update them on their children's activities Qualifications Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider Completion of at least 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units OR currently enrolled/willing to enroll in coursework to meet this requirement. Familiarity with California Title 22 Child Care Licensing Regulations Strong understanding of child development Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills First aid/CPR certified
