We're hiring an Assistant Director to support daily operations, coach teachers, and help lead a high-quality early childhood program. This school operates seven days a week and is seeking a leader who is flexible, dependable, and passionate about supporting both families and staff in a dynamic school environment. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options Lead Teacher- $26-$27 Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees Monday through Friday work week.

If so, how many years? Are you willing to regularly support in the classroom as needed? Which best describes your leadership experience in a childcare setting? I am currently an Assistant Director or have held that role I am a Lead Teacher with leadership responsibilities I have informal leadership experience (training, mentoring, etc.) I do not have leadership experience Do you currently meet California licensing qualifications for this role, including Core ECE/Child Development units, Infant/Toddler Development units, Administration units, minimum CDA, and at least 2 years of teaching experience? This location is opened Monday- Sunday 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. This role requires flexibility to support school operations during evenings and weekends when needed.
