Co-Teacher

Job Overview The Well at Seed & Stone is a drop-in childcare coworking space for creatives & remote workers. We are looking for caring, energetic Co-Teachers to join our drop-in childcare program. Our space is designed for families who remain on site while children participate in supervised play, creative activities, and social interaction in a safe, engaging environment. Co-Teachers will work collaboratively with one another and alongside parents to help create a fun, welcoming, and safety-focused experience for every child.

Responsibilities:

Lead and assist with fun, age-appropriate activities including a light curriculum, crafts, games, music, reading, and imaginative play Create a warm, inclusive, and positive environment for children and families Work closely with co-teachers to manage group activities and transitions Maintain awareness of children's safety and well-being at all times Help keep play areas organized, clean, and engaging Communicate professionally and positively with parents and team members Support cooperative, community-centered childcare experiences

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Background check required Job type:

Friendly, patient, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to supervise groups of children in a busy environment Previous childcare, camp, classroom, or recreational experience preferred but not required
