Spanish Preschool Teacher Culver City Montessori Preschool Job Category Academic-Teaching Overview Description Please do not apply unless you have the following: Native Spanish Speaker at least 12 Units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development (or currently enrolled) Ability to work in the US This position is available right away and we are hiring for two classrooms. Our Language Immersion Montessori Preschool is looking for a full-time assistant teacher, native Spanish Bilingual speaker who has experience working with 2-5 year old children. Our school specializes in Language Immersion learning and the job requires you to speak in Spanish full-time and assist the lead teacher in helping children learn colors, numbers, shapes, sounds, reading, writing, geography, math, and science in Spanish.

Job Duties:

Supervision of children indoors and outdoors light cleaning preparing snack/lunch assisting lead teacher preparing materials daily communication with parents keeping track of children's progress

Job Requirements:

Must be legally allowed to work in the US Must be a NATIVE and Bilingual Spanish speaker Must have reliable transportation to and from our campus Must have cleared CA Fingerprinting or willing to get it Must have at least 12 units of Early Childhood Education/Child Development and 1 year working in pre-school facility Must have

Vaccination, MMR, Tdap and Negative TB test (within the past two years) Must love kids and have patience, we practice positive discipline Compensation will be determined based on number of ECE units, experience and Montessori training
