Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Teach basic math concepts through hands-on activities and games
• Incorporate physical education into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for children
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized support as needed
• Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development

Experience:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
• Knowledge of child welfare and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
