Must have at least 12 ECE units or 6 completed and enrolled in at least 2 ECE units.

We are a locally owned award winning preschool and childcare center with one location in Elk Grove and now in the River District of Sacramento! We are supportive, fun, rewarding and our goal is to have a supportive community not only for children but for staff as well.

Who are we? This position is for our newest center in the River District near Downtown Sacramento at the May Lee State Office Building (Richards Blvd & 7th). We have eight classrooms for ages 0-5. We want to create a strong community with our educators and are looking for those who would like to be long term. This is a position where children are the focus and we want to have consistency for them. What? We are play based and have curriculum we follow as a framework to the lesson plans the teachers create weekly. The teachers are also involved in assessments twice a year for the children. Teachers are responsible for keeping up with deadlines for the month for planning. Where? The new River District near Downtown Sacramento off of I-5 (Richards Blvd and 7th). This is a beautiful new campus for California state employees with an onsite cafeteria with a multitude of food choices and free onsite gym access ! When? We want the right fit for the center so we will interview candidates first with a short phone/virtual interview and after the first interview we would select candidates for a second round, more in depth interview in person at the facility.
