This is a professional role for experienced ECE educators — not entry-level. We are hiring a qualified Preschool Teacher / Lead Teacher with strong experience in early childhood education (ECE) who can confidently lead a classroom, maintain licensing compliance , and implement a high-quality play-based curriculum .

Preferred Qualifications:

Position Details Full-time Preschool Teacher position (schedule to be determined) Consistent schedule - We are open from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm daily Age group: Toddler (2yrs) / Preschool / Pre-K Requirements Minimum 5+ years experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool Must meet California Community Care Licensing (Title 22) requirements ECE units required (12+ units minimum for Teacher level) Experience with play-based learning, Reggio-inspired, Montessori, or child-centered curriculum preferred Strong knowledge of : Child development + Classroom management +Lesson planning / curriculum implementation Experience with DRDP, assessments, and child observations is a plus Reliable attendance and professional communication a must Responsibilities Plan and implement play-based curriculum aligned with early learning standards Create an engaging classroom environment focused on social-emotional development, language development, and school readiness Maintain ratio compliance, supervision, and safety standards Conduct observations, assessments, and parent communication Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations What We're Looking For Strong classroom leadership and behavior management skills Ability to balance play-based philosophy with structure and routine Experience working in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early learning center Team player with a positive, professional attitude Not a
