Preschool Teacher

Fairfield Preschool is looking for an experienced Preschool Teacher with 12 ECE credits . We are a small setup with ability to understand with full empathy. Facility owner is easily reachable

Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Teach basic academic skills, including math and language development.
• Incorporate hands-on learning experiences and educational games to enhance learning.
• Foster social, emotional, and physical development through play and structured activities.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Qualifications:

• 12 ECE credits are must
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
