Afternoon Preschool Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool /Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the development of young children.

Requirements:

• 12 units Early Childhood / Child Development
• 6 months experience in a classroom setting
• Pre-employment background check and drug test, health physical

Duties:

• Active Supervision and engagement of students
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress to provide ongoing feedback to parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure the best possible learning experience for students
• Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices
• Ability to plan and implementation Zoo-phonics Language Arts Program
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate educational activities
