Preschool Teacher

Qualified Pre School Teacher Keen Learners Montessori is seeking a qualified preschool teacher to join our organization to expand our working team. This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children. Our Montessori and weekly theme-based curriculum promotes social, physical, verbal, and cognitive development, inspiring children to become lifelong keen learners. Responsibilities:

• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the hygiene and safety of all students
• Partner with school staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, growth, and engagement

Qualification & Requirements:

• Completed 12 Core Early Childhood Units.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Previous experience in preschool, childcare, teaching, or other related fields
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency
• Work indoors and outdoors
• Ability to assume postures at low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children
• Montessori courses & Infant Toddler courses are plus
