About us Educational Innovations, Inc. is a small child care center in Fresno, CA. We are professional, friendly, and innovative. Here at Educational Innovations, we have Infant World and Young World Daycares, we believe that learning should be fun, engaging, and tailored to the unique needs of each child . We are dedicated to providing children with a rich and dynamic learning environment that promotes growth and development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop a careful and creative program, employ a variety of educational techniques and observe each child's development to improve their social competencies and build self-esteem. Press, strong work ethic. be punctual and have minimal absences Knowledge of best practices and educational methods Ability to engage and earn a child's trust and attention Improve the child's healthy mental and emotional development Encourage children social interactions with other children and adults Guide children through a carefully constructed curriculum planning Guide children to develop artistic and practical capabilities Organize, follow the daily schedule and supervise children indoors and outdoors to ensure their saftey at all times Adapt teaching methods and instructional material and activities to meet students' needs and interests Organize and label age-appropriate materials in the classroom to meet children's perceptual skills Keep record of children developmental progress (DRDP) Maintain regular teacher-parent communication to understand the child's background Collaborate with other educators and plan weekly and monthly lessons and activities Supervise, evaluate, and plan assignments for teacher assistants and volunteers Provide variety of materials and resources for children to explore and manipulate in learning activities and imaginative play Attend and meet children basic needs (diapering, feeding, dressing, etc.) Provide disable students with assistive devices, and supportive technology for development improvement Establish and enforce expectations of behavior indoors and outdoors to maintain order in the classroom and center at all times Attend and engage in occasional parent participation events Maintain professional self-image and protect the values of the organization at all times Design activities that promote physical, mental, language, cognitive and social developement in children Identify developmental problems that interfere with the child's; earning and discuss them with collegues, supervisors, parent or guardian, and developemntal specialists Maintain a clean and organized classroom Select and maintain an inventory of classroom equipment, materials, and supplies Sanitize toys Prepare children for kindergarten Assist and care for children under supervision Be creative Establish a positive relationship with children and families Assist children in decision making and problem-solving skills Active listening- give full attention to children and adults when they are talking to understand what is being asked or said Time-management
  • Lead Teachers are under the supervision of the Program Director and report directly to the Director or Assistant Director
  • Must attend mandatory professional meeting, educational conferences, training, and workshops to maintain and improve professional competence
  • Qualifications and Educational Requirements Previous experience in childcare.
Must have Core Child Development units for all applicants. Must have infant/toddler units to apply for infant Teacher Position. Child Development Permit- Teacher, Master Teacher, Site Supervisor Permit, or higher Proof of professional education growth Please keep in mind that the above job description is meant to be a guideline.
