Toddler Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning community. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with disabilities or special needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Qualifications Experience in childcare or nannying is preferred. Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable. Experience working with children of various ages, including those with disabilities or special needs. Strong behavior management skills to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Knowledge of developmental milestones in preschool-aged children. Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.

Required:
