This role is perfect for an educator who loves working with young children and values a nurturing, play-based, and sensory-rich approach to early learning. Key Responsibilities Lead small group preschool pods with a structured yet playful routine Facilitate parent-and-me classes that are interactive, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate Implement curriculum focused on early learning skills, including sensory play, early academics, and social-emotional development Adapt lessons based on children's developmental levels and needs Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Communicate clearly with parents and build positive relationships Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Qualifications Experience working with preschool-aged children (2-5 years old) Background in early childhood education or related field preferred Comfortable leading both independent (drop-off) and caregiver-involved classes Energetic, patient, and creative teaching style Strong classroom management and communication skills
