• Health and Safety Course (3-semester units) or Certificate (15 hours) and 3 infant/toddler units.
• Must maintain a current CPR and First Aid Certificate or Card

• Two (2) letters of recommendation must include:
• Date
• Must be within the last two years
• Include signature
