As a ministry of a local Christian church, UCEC is committed to nurturing young minds and hearts through a balanced blend of developmentally appropriate academic instruction and Christ-centered curriculum. Our school community gathers weekly for chapel time and daily for worship, fostering a spiritually enriching environment for both students and staff. At UCEC, every teacher is more than an educator—they are a messenger of faith, empowered to share the love of Christ with students, families, and one another in meaningful and impactful ways. UCEC is currently hiring passionate and qualified toddler and preschool teachers. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 to 15 units in Early Childhood Education and must be flexible and prepared to teach children ranging in age from 18 months to 5 years old.
Qualifications:
- Must be dependable and punctual, demonstrating strong self-control and effective classroom management skills
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a preschool setting
- Completed 12-15 units in Early Childhood Education (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in a Montessori preschool or possession of a Montessori certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Christian children's songs and worship-based classroom activities
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (preferred)
