Job Description

Infant Toddler Preschool Teacher - full time with excellent benefits - for YWCA Sonoma County childcare center
Location:
Healdsburg, CA for the infant/toddlerclassroom
Work Hours:
Until 5:30 pm (closing shift), full time Monday-Friday Minimum Qualifications for
Teacher:
Early Childhood Education (per college transcript) 12 units ECE/CD including
Core Courses And:
3 units of Infants Age 0-3 ECE courses
Preferred Qualifications:
One year experience working in a licensed childcare facility Currently possess an Associate Teacher Permit or Teacher Permit or be qualified to apply for and be granted the Associate Teacher or Teacher permit

Ability to pass agency criminal background check, TB test and physical. Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and immunization records to influenza, pertussis, and measles . Job Description Summary:
Working in collaboration with classroom teaching staff, Infant & Toddler Preschool Teachers are responsible for developing and implementing a quality childcare program that helps develop children's physical, social/emotional, and cognitive areas of development. This can include, but is not limited to, modeling positive communication, nurturance, and effective problem-solving skills. This position is supervised by the Site Supervisor and Director of Childcare Services.
Pay:
$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
