Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Preschool Two's Potty Training Primary Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes early childhood development, focusing on potty training, literacy, and social-emotional skills. Your energetic approach will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow confidently. You will be responsible for implementing engaging curriculum plans, managing classroom activities, and supporting each child's unique developmental journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that integrates literacy education, math, physical education, and research backed methods to support early childhood development. Facilitate successful potty training routines with patience and positive reinforcement strategies. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, social skills, and emotional regulation. Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, behavioral strategies, and milestones in potty training and overall development. Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs. Plan engaging lessons that promote language development, fine motor skills, and early math concepts while integrating standardized testing practices when appropriate. Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, behavior management plans, and lesson plans aligned with childhood development standards. Foster positive behavior management strategies to support children's social-emotional growth and welfare. Support children in transitioning from diaper dependence to independent toileting through consistent routines and encouragement. Experience Prior classroom experience working with two year old preschool-aged children in a daycare or private school setting is required. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles, including toddler care, literacy education, and classroom management techniques. Experience developing curriculum plans that incorporate research backed methods or other child-centered educational philosophies is preferred. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques is HIGHLY desirable. Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and specialists to support each child's developmental needs. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment is a plus.
