Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and working with diverse learners will inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning in our preschoolers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the foundational years of childhood, ensuring each child's growth is supported with care, creativity, and professionalism. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum frameworks such as Montessori or other pedagogies Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies Support children's social-emotional development by promoting respectful communication and conflict resolution skills Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop individualized plans for children requiring special education or early intervention services Monitor and assess children's progress using tools such as standardized testing and informal observations to tailor instruction accordingly Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages exploration and independence in toddlers and preschoolers Incorporate literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other subject areas into daily routines to promote well-rounded development Skills Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with classroom experience in early childhood education Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies Expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education needs Ability to plan lessons effectively while adapting to diverse learning styles and developmental stages Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood settings Experience working with toddlers as well as preschool-aged children Commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and promoting an inclusive learning environment Join us in shaping the future by nurturing young minds today!
