Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool students
  • Provide individual and group tutoring to support students' learning and development
  • Teach basic math concepts and skills, such as counting, shapes, and patterns
  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity
  • Promote literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and phonics instruction
  • Utilize early childhood education strategies to support students' cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a strong home-school connection
  • Implement early intervention strategies for students who may require additional support
  • Incorporate physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool-aged children
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and adapting instruction to meet individual needs
  • Proficient in math instruction for young learners, including number recognition, counting, and basic operations
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and engagement
  • Understanding of literacy education principles, including phonics instruction and early reading strategies
  • Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and the ability to apply this knowledge in the classroom
