$21.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

401(k), Performance Bonus About Us We are a nurturing, child-centered preschool dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where young children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Position Summary We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive classroom environment that promotes learning through play, exploration, and developmentally appropriate activities. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities. Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times. Maintain positive communication with parents and families. Observe, assess, and document children's progress. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with licensing regulations. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals. Qualifications Minimum 12 ECE units required (or ability to meet California licensing requirements). Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
