We are looking for a dedicated educator who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Position Details Full-Time Monday-Friday Preschool Classroom (Ages 2-3.5 Years) Immediate Opening Compensation based on education, experience, and permit/license level Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment. Complete daily observations, documentation, and assessments. Conduct and maintain DRDP assessments and child portfolios. Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with families. Supervise classroom staff and collaborate with administration. Maintain compliance with Community Care Licensing, CSPP requirements, and school policies. Support children through positive guidance and classroom management strategies. Qualifications Minimum 12 ECE units required. Child Development Teacher Permit or higher preferred. Experience working with children ages 2-5 years. DRDP experience required. Experience in a CSPP or state-funded preschool program preferred. Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. CPR/First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
