Responsibilities Deliver prepared lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines across different subjects and age groups Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and respectful learning environment Support students' social-emotional development through positive interactions and behavior management strategies Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with autism or special education requirements Assist with lesson planning and curriculum development when needed to ensure continuity of instruction Foster engaging activities that promote literacy, numeracy, and overall childhood development Communicate clearly with students, staff, and parents to provide updates on student progress and classroom needs Qualifications Prior classroom or childcare experience, including preschool or early childhood education preferred Strong understanding of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional best practices Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education or autism support is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, students, and families Familiarity with Montessori or other child-centered educational philosophies is advantageous Demonstrated commitment to childhood development and literacy education in early learning settings Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels student success!
