Infant/Toddler Teacher Coordinator (Dual-Role Leader)

The Role This unique leadership position balances active classroom teaching (ages 8 weeks to 3 years) with instructional oversight . You won't just be teaching; you'll be mentoring staff, ensuring our curriculum remains developmentally appropriate, and guiding your team through performance assessments.

Pay Range:

$25-$32/hour (starting, based on ECE units & experience)

Schedule:

Full-time (between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Based on

Center Needs Location:

Los Gatos, CA 95032

What We're Looking For Education:

A minimum of 12 semester (or 18 quarter) units in ECE, including Child Family Community , Child Growth and Development , and 2 Program/Curriculum courses Including Infant Toddler coursework. (AA/AS/BA in Child Development preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in early childhood education. Including Infant Toddler.

Skills:

Exceptional English communication (written/verbal) is a must for coordinating with staff and families.
