Job Description

Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher Claire's Montessori International Academy is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children ages 18 to 36 months and a commitment to providing a high-quality Montessori environment that supports each child's independence, curiosity, and development.
Qualifications:
Must possess the required 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development core courses , including, but not limited to, the required Infant/Toddler coursework . Previous experience working with toddlers is preferred. Must genuinely enjoy working with children between the ages of 18 months and 36 months . Demonstrate a willingness to closely follow and implement the Montessori philosophy and methods . Maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues. Must comply with all applicable Community Care Licensing regulations and requirements .
