Montessori Primary Curriculum:
Language, Mathematics, Practical Life, Sensorial, Science, Grace & Courtesy, Art, Music, and more. We draw families from across Silicon Valley, including the Stanford and broader tech communities, who share our belief that these early years are foundational to everything that follows. The Role This is a full-time Montessori Primary Teacher position — Monday through Friday, 8:50 AM to 5:00 PM — co-teaching with our team of dedicated educators and assistants under the guidance of our Managing Director. The position is available now, with a start date that is flexible — ideally by June. You'll be responsible for: Delivering individual and small-group Montessori lessons across all curriculum areas Observing children closely and following each child's developing interests and readiness Maintaining a beautiful, orderly, and inviting classroom environment Building warm, communicative relationships with families Collaborating thoughtfully with your co-teacher and support staff Contributing to our school culture that nurtures curiosity, inspires a love of learning, and builds confidence in every childWhat We're Looking For Required:
IMC, AMI or AMS Montessori certification for the Early Childhood (3-6) level 2+ years of lead classroom experience in a Montessori Primary environment Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal A genuine passion for Montessori philosophy and the Primary years You'll thrive here if you: Approach your work with warmth, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit Are a careful observer who meets each child where they are Take pride in a well-prepared, beautiful environment Are a lifelong learner who welcomes feedback and growth Want to be part of a stable, supportive school community for the long term What We Offer MSLA offers a compensation package designed to honor the expertise and dedication of our teachers: $1,000 signing bonusSalary:
