Your expertise in early childhood education will empower children to explore their potential while supporting their individual needs through innovative teaching strategies and compassionate guidance. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and inspired by Reggio and Montessori methods. Lead daily classroom activities that promote active learning, creativity, and social interaction among preschool children. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a respectful and nurturing environment. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in childcare settings such as daycare or private schools.
