Assistant Director:

Champion engaging and innovative educational programs that support each child's social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Motivate and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance, encouragement, and professional development opportunities. What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience :

Knowledgeable & Innovative :

A solid understanding of curriculum development, education administration, and early childhood best practices.

Resourceful & Strategic :

Experience with budgeting and strategic planning to support growth and excellence.
