The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with toddler-aged children (18 months-3 years old). Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschoolers
• Create new Montessori jobs and maintain a prepared environment daily
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity
• Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students Experience
• Previous experience in a montessori toddler setting is preferred
• Previous Montessori Experience preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
• Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial
• Experience in nannying or childcare is advantageous
• Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
• Minimum 12 ECE units including Infant/Toddler units
• Must be team minded and solutions oriented
