Preschool substitute teacher

Duties Step into preschool classrooms to deliver seamless instruction in the absence of regular teachers, maintaining continuity in curriculum and classroom routines Implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum development standards, including literacy education, math activities, and social-emotional learning Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social skills Support children with diverse needs, including working with students with autism or those requiring special education accommodations Communicate clearly with staff and parents about daily activities, student progress, and any behavioral concerns Assist with classroom setup, organization of educational materials, and maintaining a safe, clean environment Experience Prior experience working with young children in preschool or early childhood education settings is preferred Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing educational activities for early learners Experience managing classroom behavior and applying effective classroom management strategies Knowledge of working with children with special needs or those requiring individualized support Background in childcare or tutoring roles that involve working closely with children to foster literacy, numeracy (math), and social skills Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and students Previous experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus Join us to inspire young minds and help shape their educational journey!
