Our program combines play-based learning, outdoor exploration, and hands-on activities to help children build early academic foundations while developing confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Position Overview We are looking for a Floater Teacher who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and building positive relationships with children and families. Responsibilities Create and lead fun, age-appropriate learning activities Foster a classroom culture that encourages kindness, curiosity, and independence Incorporate outdoor exploration and learning throughout the day Guide hands-on projects that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Adapt activities to meet the individual needs of each child Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's development and milestones Keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe for all students Demonstrate professionalism and positive communication with children, families, and team members Qualifications Experience working with infants or toddlers in an early childhood setting Knowledge of early childhood development and play-based education Comfort participating in outdoor, sensory, and nature-inspired activities Strong classroom management and teamwork skills Professional communication with families and coworkers Education Requirements Applicants must have 12 semester units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development , including: Child Growth and Development Child, Family, and Community Program and Curriculum Infant/Toddler Development Why Work With Us TNT Kidz Center provides a collaborative and supportive environment where teachers are encouraged to be creative, share ideas, and help shape meaningful early learning experiences.
