Job Description

Infant Lead Teacher - Montessori School (Rocklin, CA) We are seeking a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our Montessori school in Rocklin. This role is responsible for leading the infant classroom, managing 3 staff members, and partnering with parents to ensure a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment.
Pay:
$22 - $24 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to
Friday Requirements:
12+ ECE units (infant/toddler coursework required) Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting Montessori Infant/Toddler training a plus Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the infant classroom (up to 12 children) Supervise and guide 3 assistant teachers Maintain parent correspondence and build positive relationships Implement Montessori philosophy in daily routines and care If you are nurturing, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education, we'd love to hear from you.
