The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children ages 3-5.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with early childhood learning standards. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued. Monitor children's progress and document developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and classroom events. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by following health, safety, and emergency protocols. Maintain an organized, clean, and stimulating classroom environment. Collaborate with teaching assistants, staff, and administrators to support the overall learning experience. Engage in professional development and training to stay current in early childhood education best practices.

Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience). State certification or licensure as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to actively engage with children at their level, including sitting, standing, bending, and kneeling.

Work Environment:
